We know that out of state weddings can be hard on friends and family. This is why we are creating two ways to help us celebrate this exciting time. A wedding back home where we are from as well as a local reception with all our friends where we live now.

Our Love
Story....
From a first kiss to a lifetime of friendship. Our story began in the Burley Bible Church library where we met at just thirteen years old. Jennifer was visiting her grandparents during a summer in Burley Washington. A church where her Dad had attended growing up and eventually her parents were married at. Being shy at that age she didn't remember the sunday school introduction but that's not the case for Jonathan who can paint a picture of every detail down to her exact outfit. Shortly after Jennifer and her parents eventually moved to Gig harbor where she attended her first overnight youth trip. While being the last to arrive there was only one seat left on the bus and as luck would have it, that seat was right next to the boy that would eventually steal her heart. They became quick friends and began the chapter in their story that would rival any Nicholas Sparks book.
Butterflies from their first kiss in the church kitchen while their parents practiced for Sundays worship music. Dating each other over the next few years to eventually a dramatic teen heartbreak that left them as just friends for years to come. They spent the next 20 years out of High School living their own individual adventures before life gave them a second chance.
Through the years, Jennifer followed her passion as a Photographer, Caregiver and most importantly becoming a mom to her amazing kids. Jonathan had followed his calling to become a youth pastor and although he had never had kids of his own, became a father figure to many while in youth ministry. Becoming a step parent is one of the hardest but most rewarding jobs there is and Jonathan has made it clear that he is excited and up for the task. He looks forward to many adventures and memories that come with being a part of a family with Jennifer and her kids.
In spring of 2024 Jonathan and Jennifer with her youngest daughter Caraleighn decided to explore some of the beauty the Saguaro desert had to offer. After finding a small patch of wildflowers they were suddenly met with a heavy downpour of rain. Caraleighn with phone in hand began recording photos and videos as Jonathan and Jennifer quickly posed and eventually slow danced in the rain. This is when Jonathan suddenly got on one knee and asked her to begin their next chapter in the love story.
Desert landscape, field of flowers, a monsoon level rainfall with a slow dance to a love song by Ian Munsick. You can plan the perfect proposal and sometimes nature has a way of making it extra memorable.
One of Jennifers favorite places over the last few years has been the desert. A place where she has gone to in prayer during the highest of highs and lowest of lows. Gods direction and deliverance never fail and for a rainbow of promises kept to be shared with Jonathan and caraleighn by her side made the moment all the more special. As the saying goes, We will trust the next chapter because we know the author. We can always make plans in life and think we know what's best but when we let go and let God do the writing, he creates a story better than anything we could possibly imagine. We look forward to the rest of what our story will entail and look forward to having you all be a part of it.

Once You're There
WASHINGTON:
Because the peninsula can be known for its unpredictable weather we have plans for both an indoor or outdoor ceremony option at the Longbranch Venue. There will be plenty of parking for all of our guests and will have signs directing you to the ceremony spot whether indoors or outdoors.
ARIZONA:
The reception will be held at the La Casita Club House located at Dobson Ranch in Mesa. You will be able to park in the parking lot and follow the signs into the room where the event will be located.
An Adventure To Remember
Jonathan and Jennifer found their love for country music while attending an impressive list of country concerts their first year of dating. Because of this they have decided to spend their upcoming honeymoon in 2025 enjoying all that Tennessee has to offer. Their plans include an overnight stay as newlyweds visiting Nashville followed by exploring Tennessee's history and beauty. We want to thank everyone who will be a big part of helping to make this exciting adventure possible.

We want to thank everyone that would like to offer a gift in celebration of our new start. Because the wedding is taking place out of state we have come up with some suggestions that will make things easiest on us and we thank you for understanding.

We enjoy date nights and fun family adventures. Gift cards for things we can do together are always appreciated and are easy to fly back with.
